TVS Apache RR310

At the core of the Apache RR310 is a reverse-inclined 312.2cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC engine with a 4-valve cylinder head. The reverse configuration tilts the cylinder backwards and places the intake forward, optimizing airflow and centralizing mass. In Sport and Track modes, the engine unleashes a potent 34 PS at 9,700 rpm and 27.3 Nm of torque at 7,700 rpm, delivering rapid throttle response and brisk triple-digit acceleration. In Urban and Rain modes, power is recalibrated to 25.8 PS and 25 Nm, softening initial delivery for wet tarmac and slow stop-and-go metropolitan commuting.

Chassis dynamics are built around a race-developed steel trellis frame paired with high-spec KYB 41mm inverted cartridge front forks and a preload-adjustable gas-charged rear monoshock. High-speed aerodynamics are class-leading, boasting a low 0.31 drag coefficient that slices through crosswinds and deflects high-speed windblast over the rider's helmet. Braking is handled by a 300mm front petal disc gripped by a radially mounted caliper and a 240mm rear disc, managed by an advanced dual-channel ABS unit whose intervention thresholds adjust automatically with the chosen riding mode.

Ergonomics strike a remarkable balance between aggressive track attack and real-world highway touring comfort, with clip-on handlebars positioned high enough to prevent debilitating wrist ache during multi-hour journeys. The vertical 5-inch TFT instrumentation features Bluetooth navigation, lap timing, g-force metering, and day/night screen themes. Shod with premium Michelin Road 5 dual-compound tyres, the RR310 delivers exceptional wet-weather grip. The 11-litre fuel tank provides a touring range of approximately 330 to 360 km based on a realistic mixed-cycle fuel economy of 30 to 33 km/l.
